NBC Sports Group has reached an agreement with The Stronach Group for exclusive United States media rights to the inaugural running of the $12 Million USD Pegasus World Cup Invitational. The world's richest thoroughbred race will be contested on January 28, 2017 at The Stronach Group's premier destination, Gulfstream Park in Hallandale Beach, Florida.

Sale of Rosecroft to The Stronach Group Official

The Stronach Group announced today that its purchase of Prince George’s Gaming Ventures, LLC, the holding company of Rosecroft Raceway in Maryland, from Penn National Gaming Inc., has been officially completed.
               
The Stronach Group owns the Maryland Jockey Club, which operates Laurel Park and Pimlico Race Course, home of the Preakness Stakes, as well as pari-mutuel facilities Gulfstream Park, Santa Anita Park, Portland Meadows and Golden Gate Fields.

A Thoroughbred Alliance Show Series (TASS) Member Show, it is open to thoroughbred horses only which will compete under their Jockey Club registered name.
