LAUREL, MD – There were 108 winning tickets in Friday’s Stronach 5, with each winner receiving $824.90.

Once again, the Stronach 5, featuring races from Laurel Park, Golden Gate Fields and Gulfstream Park as well as an industry-low 12-percent takeout, paid generously when considering the highest payoff was $10.20 and Taste’s Legend, the winner of the second leg from Golden Gate, returned $2.40.

• Leg One – Laurel Park 8th Race: Weekend Flyer $6
• Leg Two –Golden Gate Fields 2nd Race: Taste’s Legend $2.40
• Leg Three –Laurel Park 9th Race: Silent Fluidity $4.20
• Leg Four –Gulfstream Park 9th Race: Power Walker $6.80
• Leg Five –Gulfstream Park 10th Race: Algodonal $10.20

The minimum wager on the multi-race, multi-track Stronach 5 is $1. If there are no tickets with five winners, the entire pool will be carried over to the next Friday.

If a change in racing surface is made after the wagering closes, each selection on any ticket will be considered a winning selection. If a betting interest is scratched, that selection will be substituted with the favorite in the win pool when wagering closes.
