Credentials are provided to media members who represent professional news gathering organizations that produce and publish original content. Freelancers will not be granted credentials without a letter of support from an accredited medium.

MJC Cancels Live Racing Program Saturday at Laurel Park

No Racing Easter Sunday, Live Racing to Resume Thursday April 13

BALTIMORE –The Maryland Jockey Club cancelled Saturday’s live program out of an abundance of caution to do a full evaluation of the racing surfaces.

Live racing was not scheduled on Easter Sunday. Live racing will resume with an eight-race program Thursday, April 13, including the first race of the 2023 turf season.

Laurel Park remains open Saturday for full card simulcasting.
